Jason Arison, Chairman

Jason Arison


Now serving as the foundation’s Chairman, Jason Arison has filled various roles in the foundation for over a decade, and served as part of the team that establish the foundation's operational framework as it is managed today. He is also a board member of Arison Investments, Matan - Investing in the Community, and the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, and is the founder of ArtPort.

Shlomit de Vries, CEO

Shlomit de Vries


For almost two decades, Shlomit has served in different positions at the foundation, including personal assistant to Shari Arison, Director of Donations for Organizations Division, Deputy CEO, and Deputy Chairman of the foundation. Shlomit serves as co-chairman of the Forum of Foundations in Israel since 2011.

Racheli Cohen,  Deputy CEO & CFO

Rachel Cohen

Deputy CEO & CFO

Rachel is the foundation's CFO of alomst a decade, primarily responsible for the financial management of all the foundation’s social investments and overall philanthropic activity. She also serves as the foundation's Deputy CEO.

Kaynan Rabino, VP Vision Ventures

VP of Vision Ventures

After a decade as CEO of Ruach Tova (Hebrew for Good Spirit), Israel's home for volunteering and organizers of Shari Arison's initiative Good Deeds Day, Kaynan was appointed the foundation's VP of Vision Ventures. Previously, Kaynan held positions in social welfare and educational organizations.
