The Doing Good Model by Shari Arison and the Arison Group is a values-based model for positive creation worldwide. It is a practical day-to-day tool for integrating values at the core of businesses, nonprofit organizations, communities, and individuals, combining 13 fundamental human values in any activity, for the benefit of society, economy, and ecology.
Led by Shari Arison, owner of the Arison Group, the model was developed by the Arison Group in partnership with a team from leading American universities Harvard, Thunderbird, George Mason and Babson College. This collaboration combines the Arison Group's hand-on experience with multidisciplinary academic research, to create a unique values-based tool, while it also puts into practice the long-term vision of growing the next-generation ethically oriented corporate executives.
Implementation of The Doing Good Model has already begun at the Arison Group companies and organizations worldwide, as a simple and hands-on tool for integrating values in their core activities and routine decision making processes. As part of this ongoing process, cross-organizational forums were established to encourage involvement at every level, by brainstorming ideas together, devising practical tools, and enhancing values-based activities worldwide.
To grow the circles and share The Doing Good Model with larger crowds, a unique online platform was developed for the model. This interactive platform showcases real-world case studies and examples from the Arison Group, demonstrating innovative sustainable strategies, alongside clips and experiential activities that raise the discussion of values-driven leadership worldwide.
