Arison Investments was the controlling shareholder of Bank Hapoalim for 21 years, until November 2018. After selling some of its shares, Arison Investments ceased to be its controlling shareholder.
Arison Investments company: Shikun & Binui
Arison Investments was the owners of Shikun & Binui for 22 years. On August 6, 2018, the company was sold to the Saidoff Group.

Miya, which was owned by Arison Investments until 2019, realizes the value of Abundance through its water efficiency solutions and water asset operations worldwide. It leads to savings of millions of gallons of existing fresh water daily.
Arison Investments company: Salt of the Earth
Salt of the Earth was a private subsidiary of Arison Investments until it was sold to Fortissimo Capital in January 2019. Israel's main producer of salt since 1922, operating to realize the value of Vitality. Serving the retail, industrial and agricultural markets, Salt of the Earth produces salt in a natural and clean process of solar vaporization of onshore sea-water pools.
